Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani starrer Shershaah to release on August 12 on Amazon Prime Video
The much-delayed film Shershaah, starring Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani, will finally release this year. But, it is going straight to digital. While the makers waited for cinemas to open but due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it seems like they have decided to finally release the movie on Amazon Prime Video.
Shershaah will be heading to the streaming giant on Independence Day weekend. In a first-ever and landmark collaboration between Amazon Prime Video and Dharma Productions for a global premiere, Amazon Original Movie Shershaah will premiere on the service starting August 12, 2021.

Staying true to his codename ‘Shershaah’, Captain Batra’s valiant fight and ultimate sacrifice was instrumental in India’s victory.
Directed by Vishnu Varadhan and jointly produced by Dharma Productions and Kaash Entertainment, Shershaah is based on the life of Kargil war hero, Captain Vikram Batra (PVC).
